I'm sure that the doctors will be protected with malpractice insurance, so it's really no flake off their clitoris that this issue occured.

The guy who did the GRS has a waiver that makes him not punishable if the surgery goes south, in all likelihood it is because fuck-tards like yaniv will not properly do the aftercare.

If this is all true, I called this months ago! Yaniv was too unhealthy and too diabetic to undergo a major surgery like this! I also don't think it 'fell off' I mentioned awhile ago that the area probably became necrotic or scabbed over so the doctors need to remove flesh that has no blood flow to prevent necrosis. Factoring in the diabetes, poor hygiene, and 3 baths a day his crotch probably looked like a corpses snatch after 3 weeks in the ocean.

They had to have special waivers drawn up considering by all accounts of what we know about the qualifications for this surgery… he didn’t meet them.

Overweight.
Diabetic.
Mentally unstable.

All the doctors who do this are in the wrong morally but they will probably get away with it legally. Anyone who profits off this is monstrous because if they enforced their guidlines or common sense, the number of surgeries would decrease significantly.

I believe the same thing might have happened to Terra "Fire" Jones. He bled all over his mortified mom's furniture.

Back to Yaniv—this kind of body horror could not be visited upon a more appropriate subject. I've seen lots of GRS horror stories that still manage to break my crusty little heart because the effects are so life-destroying. But not for Yaniv. The sheer lack of any kind of medical ethics among GRS surgeons is well-documented and appalling. They're performing experimental surgeries on mentally-ill people, developing their techniques one patient at a time. There are no standard practices, and the surgeons all have their own jealously-guarded secret techniques, something you don't see in any other area of surgery.

It's Mengele-tier shit; I've said time and again that this is our era's lobotomies and forced sterilizations, and history will not look back kindly on it.

It does not help that the activist lunatic fringe in trans community keeps banging the drum that these procedures are "life-saving, gender-affirming care," totally necessary because TIMs might kill themselves if they can't get a manhole installed. It's this same lunatic fringe that gets subreddits like Neovagina Disasters banned, and silences those who have had bad results and regret the surgery.

I am not a medical professional in any capacity, but even I know that the effects of uncontrolled Type 2 diabetes are horrifying, and that a diagnosis is cause for genuine alarm. You do not fuck with that shit. But Jonny-boy has just been letting it run rampant, and I don't believe for a minute that he's going to clean up his act and get his BG under control.

He's one of those people where I'd be totally okay with somebody walking up and putting a well-placed bullet in him, but if he's going to take a decade or two to die slowly and horribly from poorly-controlled diabetes? I've no objection to that.

I didn’t mean to sound negative towards you if that’s how I came across. I agree with what you’re saying.

I’m not a lawyer so I can be wrong on this, but I suspect the doctors are untouchable in Yanivs case since he’s a lolcow and they probably have themselves covered. In most cases I think they’ll get away with it, unfortunately.
