I was doing a thought experiment earlier. Posit that 1% of the population is born with no legs but four fully functional arms coming out from the shoulders. If you're diabetic, on insulin, haven't eaten all day (doubt in this case), and feel faint, you're probably hypoglycemic you retard. Eat something. Insulin alone won't make you feel any different, low blood sugar will. But I'm almost certain he's lying, because when you're hypoglycemic you don't have the strength/energy to whine on camera about it. All you want to do is stuff your face.
Also as fat as he is, if he's now on insulin his resistance is probably pretty high - plus we know he eats a lot of sugar, which makes it harder for insulin - which means he would need a lot of it to lower his sugar even a little bit. I wonder what his A1C (measure of average blood sugar over 2-3 months) is. I'd bet it's a 10-12 which is uncontrolled diabetes.
They don't put you on insulin unless they have to. For him to be on it this young is bad news. (I was on it for a while because metformin tried to literally kill me, but that obviously isn't the case here, bc we would know)
I can hardly believe that even unethical doctors would give a stink ditch to someone with uncontrolled diabetes given that it's an open wound that you don't want to heal and is prone to necrosis, hypergranulation, and other seriously nasty complications - like "clits" yeeting themselves into orbit. I'm really enjoying the schadenlolz here, couldn't happen to a better, more deserving person, but it's so unethical of these butchers to play Frankenstein with sick people like this.
