Most likely he just failed verification. These banks are terrified of their reps misgendering someone, so technically just having a manly voice isn’t reason enough to lock someone out. However, if the name and verification information does not match then the account would be locked. They also record everything so if he’s lying it’d be foolish for him to sue them. There is a possibility the rep ignored their training and blew it, in which case the rep would be screwed since it’s all recorded.

Also, the bank should not have told him he was locked out, why it was locked, or even confirmed the account exists if he did not pass verification.

The exceptions are a few items by IRL observers as noted in specific items below. He complains of his privacy being violated but continues to make public statements about private health issues.

In this video, she says she has temporal epilepsy, which mostly manifests as a moment of zoning out. He's saying of his own life, "it's literally the same thing" and getting worse.

Edit: Later in that video, she talks about sitting on a rock above a cove contemplating suicide after she got her diagnosis. Makes me wonder if Yaniv was pulled off that bridge because he was re-enacting her story.

Others have noted how drawn troons are to women's support groups because they like mimicking then and there the women's accounts of their lived experience as though they're gathering dramas to present elsewhere to validate themselves as women. Hmmm.
