Women use different products in different amounts. Skin sensitivity, anatomy, clothing, amount of bleeding and physical activity are all different, and no one should be forced to buy substandard products which leak, stink, cause rash, detach, tear underwear, or fold and become unfit for intended purpose. I can't think of anything less suitable to be provided by employers than pads and tampons.

Gender fair pricing doesn't apply to hair stylists. Mostly because stylists charge a fee on their artistic worth. For example: stylist Oribe charges $400+ for a cut. The more famous the artist, the more they can charge. It would be like suggesting a famous pop star needs to charge the same for his concert as the local folk guitar singer in a coffee shop.
The fair pricing argument is when a company takes something like a razor, changes the color from black to pink and charges $4 more for the exact same thing. Hence the title 'pink tax'.
It's the same thing with the gender discrimination thing with the Brazilian Wax that has already been argued here. Male and female genital areas are very different. They require different types of wax and training. A woman who is trained to wax female genitalia may not be qualified for male. For health and insurance purposes she should say no. There are plenty of waxes who advertise to male clients, but JY didn't go to them. It is no different than a female body waxer who doesn't do genitalia of any kind. You can't force someone to do something they don't advertise.
It would be like going to a Urologist and demanding they perform a pap smear.

I like how at the end he tries to hijack the council meeting, and a councilman tells him he's just "there to present." Watch JY try to drag TOL before the BCHRT on this.
What is perplexing is that Jon keeps blowing his anonymity in more and more public ways, yet the BCHRT is insisting on maintaining it.

Yeah, I don’t think implying someone only has a $10 haircut is the best way to sway them. Anyone who actually cared about the issue would reference real numbers, not just try to give exaggerated numbers for support.

I'm pretty sure that wig was the same that Jon wore to impress Charlotte a few pages back--dark roots, long blonde hair. Gosh, real life without filters and angles is alarming.
