As far as I'm personally concerned--not that my opinion matters as I only speak for myself--do what you want on your own offline, but don't seek asspats or co-conspirators here, and be aware that you're dealing with a malicious, petty, spiteful, vexatious, litigious piece of shit with unlimited free time that he devotes primarily to trying to destroy other peoples' lives. I do think the poster campaign and other ideas mentioned here are cringeworthy and dumb, but I certainly can't feign any moral outrage when Yaniv deserves whatever anyone can do to him.
But anyways, other arguments about engagement with cows generally and Yaniv specifically aside:

2) I never thought I'd see the day when kiwifarms members advised one another to abide by the BC Human Rights Code/Tribunal. I recognize the practical points here, in terms of protecting people who would get dinged, and not gifting ammo to Yaniv. But I still don't like the idea of telling anyone to comply with such bullshit, and if people feel they can take the heat, some civil disobedience is justified.

Good points. Look, Farmers gather and publish public information based on American standards regardless of how against Reddit/Twitter/BCHRT it is that people can and have used for whatever reasons, and we laugh when that happens. But invoking the Farms itself, trying to get ppl on board w/dumb ops beforehand, just opens the door to legal entanglements saying "we all" were behind this when in fact that wasn't true. If people want to use the public resource that is the Farms, fine, but KF isn't anyone's personal army for anyone's personal op.
@sixthwave: That device around his neck is a Telus GO personal assistant as was described in his and Miriam's lolsuit in December. The dox are on the thread at about page 50ish I believe. If people are using the public info there to complain to Telus, or to send fake pizzas to him and Miriam, well, it's not like KF told them to do so. KF doesn't tell anyone to do anything.

the HRT would have given jonathan a huge judgement if they weren't afraid of how this would make the HRT system look to the public. That is 100% why they are trying to appear reasonable. After reading the oger v whatcott ruling I know that they are showing uncharacteristic restraint.
I'm very dumb. Can someone smart clarify John's post about the NFC microchip? All I know about those chips is that they're used for contactless payments and they can store some of your personal/medical info. Why and how would his chip be "checking" him? Afaik all manufacturers are very clear about the chip's inability to track your location or accumulate data about you

editing to add: so far as I'm aware, in British Columbia, microchipping is only currently used to identify people's pets.
