Yeah, she's absolutely trying to convey some subtext there. Nobody ends a sentence about a pleasant surprise with a period, especially not a woman talking to/about one of her friends. The robotic play-by-play just seals the deal. If she had any positive feelings about JY's visit then she would've mentioned those instead.

Holy shit what a threatening creeper. “I can spend the money to gain access to where you are anytime I want. Also I know where you work.” What a fucking ARSEHOLE he is.

He can pay to get access to her in private functions and will do so
He knows where she works
He knows her event schedule
He’s only ever a few minutes away from her
