There's so much more to this tweet than a candid image and winky face.This tweet went up after the one where Millington threatened to call the police if he pursued the girls further. He decided to attend the event anyway and refused to leave. Yaniv is openly flaunting his ability to photograph these girls. You're deluding yourself if you think that his camera roll isn't filled with photos of the pageant.
Canadian Human rights tribunals aren’t real courts and they let you complain about stuff for free (or a nominal fee). The person you’re complaining about pays.
Note that he isn't using the traditional legal system. He's using the human rights tribunal which is a kangaroo court completely in favor of the plaintiff including HRT handling prosecution of the case while providing no support at all to the defendant.
Between that and prepaid legal lawyers riding joke demand letters he doesn't really have to pay for anything.

In addition to the tribunals Jonathan has a subscription to Legal Shield so with a $20 subscription he can send out basic items like a cease and desist. He's banking on people backing off or paying up after the basic filings.

I'm not very familliar with this system, but I'm guessing the outcome of these things is usually the defendant being asked to pay some sort of fee to the plaintiff? Because if so, that's a hell of a scam he's got going.
Since these things aren't part of the traditional legal system, how does anything get enforced? Or would the next step be taking it to actual court, on the defendant's dime?
The defendants can be jailed via the human rights courts. The way they get people jailed is through fines. So if the HRT finds the defendant guilty the only thing they can charge people with is fines. Refuse to pay the $1,000 - $5,000 fine and they can get the actual police to arrest you and send you to jail for evading a fine.

I'm sure Johnny Guntbeard loves that people believe he's got an in, but it's much more likely he sends garden variety "transphobia!!" reports through twitter's godawful reporting system. Possibly bolstered with $5 legalzoom letters talking about tranny harassment, which I'm sure is a capital crime in Canada.
