That supposed death threat is so far over the top that I've gone past thinking Jonathan sent it to thinking that a very clever troll may have engaged in some triple reverse psychology. Maybe to convince him to post the threat which clearly looks like something Jonathan would have written. I'm having a real big fuckin' think right now.

I thinks it's even odds as to whether Tampon Johnny sent that to himself or whether it was one of the extremely exceptional individuals here.

JY lives in Langley, which is the RCMP jurisdiction. He wouldn't save the VPD's number in his phone for any other reason than to be a show off. Langley is an hour (minimum) from where the tribunal hearings are.

I feel sorry for those women he dragged in front of the tribunal, but my belief is the most positive result would be Yaniv winning. It would kick up a shit storm and move him further into the public sphere, where everyone can witness the Horror.

If the tribunals are anything like the UK then if you have a judgement against you, you do have the option of mounting a legal challenge in actual big boy court.

The text on that link says "Decisions made after a hearing are listed in red and all other decisions are blue." Looking at the ones listed for July, they were all made without a hearing.

The 3 decisions from June that were made after a hearing took between 4 weeks and 3 months to be published, so I'm not sure we will be seeing anything there soon.

As of 11:30ish AM JY was commenting on his own posts on FB, this was about 1:30pm. So somewhere in between was a hearing? Or did JY find a way to weasel out of it and get them to reschedule?

I can't help but think there's not many places to go from here. Once you're a cancer and stroke and paralysis faker who goes around asking little girls for tampons in a tiara and ballgown, what is there left to do to get attention that you're not already doing?
