It's not particularly clear, but I read it as saying nothing further than the C&D letter has happened - the case is still being threatened, but hasn't actually been initiated.

God, he'd never do it but can you imagine him wheeling into a courtroom and thinking the same theatrics would fly? Canadian judges are over worked, the cases take forever, lawsuits in Canada are freaking awful but the thought of him bringing Oger to court is just hysterical. For a Tort case? All that need happen is Oger and him walk (&Scooter) into a room, because at least Oger, poorly, attempts to dress professionally.

The only Torturous Interference with Yaniv is Yaniv himself.

Huh? What does that even mean? What kind of official document is written like that in regards to a person’s health, especially without proper details. 3 lines of a poorly written letter is hardly proof.

Ive never been to any doctors or hospital that just, even if you needed a note, handed out a personal note that was written up in like Microsoft Word.

Usually they give out more professional sort of documents, and they have like mass produced forms and shit, or they write it on a pad or something. Even if theyre handing you documentation, be it about your condition or whatever, it's usually pre-made pamphlets and shit.

His mom wheeled him into TOL and went behind the councilmembers on live video to get multiple shots of Jonathan; went to Miss BC with Jonathan and accosted Char together,;now is going to BCHRT to yell at them about Jonathan, even getting an ambulance for him. And before this past week was apparently was put into a police car and taken to hospital herself for losing it, unknown whether suicidal as Jon said he was about a month ago.

She's loud, she's proud, but what Miriam Altmann-Yaniv considers important is...wearing sunglasses indoors. Unknown whether that to be discreet or because her pupils are constantly dilated these days.

I really appreciate that an expert in digital marketing knows how to scan a document or take a nice clear photo and crop it properly so that all the relevant details are still present. I also appreciate his eye and attention to detail - this is someone who knows that when you photograph a document you have to hold it straight and get it all in the frame. I should hire him to do my website.

...Which is why the first page of results across search engines are so flattering to Jonathan Jessica Yaniv, and jessicayaniv.org and jonathanyaniv.org are among the Top 5.
