What a joke. Acting like he was just confused about female bathroom etiquette...yeah right. You don't have to be a woman to know that it is wrong to go into a stall with a young girl to "help" her put in a tampon. Everyone can see that Jonathan Yaniv is a sexual degenerate and his "questions" about how to act in a bathroom were nothing more than him expressing his fucked up pedo period fantasies.

That's right. I don't think I have ever considered 'etiquette' for using the toilet as much as him! You get in, get it done and get out. Surely that's not something that changes depending on whether you're male or female. The only time I've put slight thought into toilet etiquette was when I encountered a squat toilet in Asia. (Even that only impacted on me!) Other than that, zilch.

It seems to be a repetitive theme in his conversations. So yes. Nothing more than his sick fetish. I'm glad that word is getting out about him locally.

First he said his account was hacked, now his excuse is that he's just a poor dumb clueless troon and he's trying to bond with his fellow females, and his comments were taken "out of context". How is pedo Jonathan Yaniv going to explain the "context" of the following:

1. Why did you ask if you should go into a stall to help a 10-12 year old girl insert a tampon? again, even if you aren't that familiar with female bathroom etiquette, every adult knows that it is very wrong to take a child that isn't your own into a bathroom stall.

2. Why did you ask if girls have to "play with themselves" to get a tampon in? This makes your offer to help a young girl insert a tampon even more disgusting. Did you think you were going to have to play with a young girl to help her out? Either way, why are you asking when you yourself will never need to use a tampon?

3. Why did you ask several young girls (13-14) for them to text your phone number?

4. Why did you ask them for their photographs?

5. Why did you ask at least one of them to meet you at your hotel?

Please, Jonathan Yaniv, I'm just dying to know how we took these comments out of context.

Maybe he's been told that he's not allowed to live with mommy since the age restrictions on the building? While shopping around for a new apartment for my mom a while back every place did emphasize that only oldsters were allowed. I think, at least in the US, that specific govt. funding or some such depends on that, and that have to adhere to those restrictions.

This is the only reason that comes to mind as to why they would both sue, not that someone used the HOA's contact-us form to report he was a pedo and now they're suing for them giving him "issues and things."

Not really. I mean you can always counter sue but it ends up not being worth it a lot of times because you're throwing in more money and have to prove the suit was malicious. If a Judge thinks the lawsuit was done just to fuck with the person he can dismiss the case with prejudice, meaning the person can't refile.
