It illogically omits all facts about the HRT cases as it focuses only on Lindsay Shepherd’s Twitter ban. It does mention Yaniv by name though.

This is what I can't grasp. If it's to be recognised as a legal court with legal outcomes then why not 'normal legal' procedures?

The entire thing is based around jonny's genitalia - there's no evidence whatsoever that he has a penis and/or a vagina. It's assumed that because he swore under oath to be truthful then whatever comes out of his mouth is 100% true. He makes claims but doesn't want to talk about them in any detail; refuses a medical which, afaik, the results of which would be treated in the strictest of confidence..... hell, even a written medical report would confirm or refute his claims. Yet he produces nothing and the court goes along with it. As I said, I can't grasp any of it. I posted a while back that it seems you can come out with any old shite and tailor things to suit.

It's a total farce from what I've seen.

The fact that the court can't compel him to drop his pants (like there's ANY doubt) is really ominous for Kevin Patterson's Oct 8th BCHRT case posted earlier in the thread. Patterson is a murderer who, reading between the lines, took the lady pills to get into lady jail and immediately tried to get his fuck on. (When inmates say shit like "poked someone" it means the truth is way, way, way worse.) The COs are wise to his shit, which cramps his ability to eat at the pussy buffet of federal prison, which violates his human rights somehow, and so all this bullshit will start again.

So the fact its real and hes still not THAT far from his original position is hilarious to me, I will not let it blow over.

Some people actually believe he's distancing himself from Yaniv because he actually sees the issue for what it is, instead he just sees Yaniv blowing the cover for all the Narcissistic Betas that couldn't get women so they became one to gain access to them and abuse the laws to control them.
