Jonny’s certificate of readiness AKA some medical records for the physio lawsuit. This is a riot. Might need it’s own thread! We’ll have on MeowTube shortly.

@WGkitty where art thou?

download here:

Wow, thanks for this. Will read thoroughly when I can, however, skimming through....I'm up to page 35 and fell about reading this:

"You think you are getting the flu. You have sinus congestion and are coughing up yellow mucous, You have not.had a high temperature. You do not feel well. You have been drinking plenty of water

You are wondering If you need an ECG to make sure everything Is OK since you have not had and ECG for about 5 years and that was fine"

Jesus H Christ. A snotty nose and he wants an ECG. That's some fearless warrior right there!
@wabbits you're going to have a field day with this :lit:

What amazes me is I'm sure he thinks all this will somehow help his case with the physiotherapist and yet all it does is put the final nail in his coffin.
I feel sorry for poor Jessie.

It must be down to having had "thinking or remembering problems" for 5 years that made Jessie list "dizzyness" as a symptom, but forget to put the mystery neurological condition that could cause blackouts at any time. Equally, Jessie forgot to correct the neurologist that they don't have "an arachnoid cyst on the brain...likely not of clinical significance" but an actual brain tumour, growing ever larger, that could cause our heroic princess to shuffle off this mortal coil at any moment.

But I'm sure forgetting to mention all that won't make a difference to the outcome, though - it's not like there's any evidence out there that Jessie's injuries could have been caused by these factors rather than a collapsing bed, right?

After glancing over jonny boy's medical history all I can say is he has had more visits to specialists, hospitals, GP's etc than a lifetime of many folks combined.

Some visits may be genuine but I get the feeling he is a feckin' hypochondriac who demands attention at a sniffle yet seems to ignore the likes of his diabetes, any advice is ignored. He requests a different sleep clinic yet doesn't follow the advice given. Time and medical resources that could be put to better use.

Page 56:
You have spoken to surrey Memorial at least 30 times since it was booked, you are told the referral needs to be triaged by the Dr. stlll
WTF, not twice or three times but at least 30 times. That's, at least, 30 times he could have spent checking his blood sugar levels/diabetes was under control.

ETA: 255lbs (as of July 12, 2019 09:30, page 62) Our impression was: Obesity. Our advice to the patient: Dietitian referral." So even being told he's a lard arse he has continued to gain weight. More advice ignored.

Bare with me folks....I'm not that good at screenshots & such
If someone could capture them in order it may be interesting
Pg 47
Aug 12th he claims he was hit by a car 4 days prior (Aug. 8th the rebel news walker sprint)
From what I read he was at a chiropractor when he received the call, he says he wasn't in pain prior to being hit.
Pg 45
Aug 13th results of an Xray from the night prior, with a referral for a CT scan on his head.
BUT WAIT...THERE'S MORE
Pg 49
Aug 8th he's complaining about injuries from a fall in the shower a week prior & the pain he's in.
That's the same day he was "hit by a car" & was feeling fine prior to being hit

Every single one of these is a telephone (or video) consultation. No real doctor visits are listed except as incidental. This is fucking insane. I haven't counted how many consultations but I think it is about 50 in 5 months. That does not include the referrals for xrays, bloodwork, specialists and other random tests. I see no correlation to the suit in question.

It is so insane and voluminous it is hard to comment on. I need some time to digest this giant munchie burger.

You know, for someone so concerned about his health he certainly was told often enough over a period of time to sort out a GP, was even advised there was a Dr's practice five minutes away.

You know theoretically, these online doctor consultations are not a bad thing. One of the major downsides seems to be the ease with which the service can be abused by malingerers.

I gather this service is fully covered by medicare in Canada? Online doctors are available here, but not without some cost to the patient. I'm sure that helps to cut down on bullshit artists like Jonathan.

He didn’t submit any other records for his mediation. His other hospital visits and in person doctor visits would probably contradict this shit.

I have read the entire 123 pages now.

My diagnosis: hypochondriac fat fuck.
LOL just read that he complained of a "small abrasion in the left nostril" (after wearing a monitor for sleep apnoea, page 114) The advice given? "try a little vaseline..." Someone in the 30's having to be advised on how to treat an insignificant abrasion. :lit:

This report is proving to be comedy gold.

WE explored your diet and you will be referred to a dietician.

Our impression was:
Obesity

Pg110
You have never had testing for sexually transmitted infections, and have rarely been sexually active in the past; last was about 5 years ago.

That last one is from a consultation from April 2019. Johnny boy hasn't gotten laid in 6 years.

No filing fees till June 202, jonny's going to have the time of his life.
No, they were just appeasing him.

No new non-urgent criminal filings will be accepted by the applicable local court registry between March 18, 2020 and May 16, 2020.

EDIT: Actually, this will work well as he will be forced to make repeated applications for his URGENT MATTERS, which will all snowball into a Vexatious Litigant declaration, and keep him off the streets. He'll be at home working his legal jujitsu.

eta: Paranoia should be added to his medical list(s), he's claiming Simpson is recording him.
She did video him and posted it. He was flipping her the bird from the passenger seat of a car. Simpson claimed Yaniv was stalking her at her office.

What that has to do with JY's ability to pay filing fees is beyond me.

Yeah, I've only seen that one vid though, he makes it sound as though she's filming, hanging by her toes from her windows, every time he visits his deaf doc. If this woman is filming him at every given chance he's obviously keeping his evidence close to his moobs.

His English is so bad his statement makes it sound as though she's recording him, as in conversations, whilst he's in the audiologist office itself.

yaniv is just nasty and determined to trash everyone who publicly criticises his behaviour/actions (that's one hell of a list).

Yaniv was also making a record of the encounter. This lawsuit feels like it has great potential for entertainment.
