I'm not sure if this was already discussed but the meowmix article mentioned that Yaniv re-sued the same beauticians for 6000 for harassment and putting a lien on his property (impossible). At this point, Canada really should brand him as a vexatious litigant.

Meowmix now has Saraleaks part three up and it' very very hard to listen to. My favourite message is the last one where Yaniv basically cries for 35 seconds while telling Sara he loves her, it is at this point that Sara has told Yaniv that she knows what a fucking lowlife child groomer he is and tells him to fuck off on Snapchat.
He cries like a pissweak, sycophantic little wall flower, a sharp contrast to the angry line-backer impersonations he does each time he runs into Donald & Kari at the courts.

I can't recall where I read it, but someone mentioned to JYS that Bankruptcy in Canada doesn't forgive money owed by court order, settlement, court fines, or taxes. As well, it doesn't forgive secured debts like mortgages.
I think that could send the fear of God into him. He is on the brink as it is. If Amy gets a settlement and costs, it is with him for life. If he has to pay back his fraudulent CERB claims, there is no mechanism to avoid it. Then the esthetician costs, a fine for assaulting Bexte, even if he pulls all the equity out of his Condo and files bankruptcy, he is still going to owe on all fronts, plus have the Condo debt follow him.
I know this could go in his Financial Situation thread, but I'm posting it here in the context of why he might be suddenly motivated to be dropping frivolous claims every which way.
I think the ultimate end game, assuming he is unable or unwilling to pay his secured debts, is the appointment of a court bailiff to oversee the liquidation of his assets. The bailiff will organize the sale/auction of his car on behalf of the lender in addition to listing his condo for sale. The funds from the sales then go to pay off the creditors and JY will get whatever is left over... which will probably be nothing. That is my prediction on how things will eventually play out in 2021 or 2022.
