Here are the dozens of pages of Yaniv's health records that "she" made public in a frivolous lawsuit despite the fact that those records had no bearing on the case. These are the records of which people on social media spoke.

No one other than JY has ever released any of their health information.

I'm not familiar with canadian law, something I've noticed tho is on his filings there's no supporting evidence or documents. With the broken table, where were any Doc reports on his injuries? The fire damage, I saw no docs from any insurance adjusters, no bills for the repairs he had done.
With this one, what info was released?
In 2019, that's a whole year, he can't be a bit more specific?
No supporting documents from the parties being sued

Who released it on social media, shouldn't he be suing them also?
In the states you need to be a little more specific than "they did some shit"

And no mention of his surgery less than a week after he supposedly had his twig lopped off.

And we're to believe that right after surgery he's writing up this claim, in communication with a lawyer on the west coast to file it for him.

2 criminal case pending, multiple civil cases against him & all of his cases against others. & he has time to file 2 more.
All while recovering from GRS... I'm not buying it.
We need to know if he's home.

Would he have had to go to the Montreal clinic for either of those though? Options might be limited for full GRS, but he could probably get a boob job elsewhere (don’t know about an orchiectomy). In the absence of evidence, I think the whole surgery thing is a red herring.

Searched for "orchiectomy Canada gender" and up popped a place in BC and Montreal. When I searched "gender reassignment surgery Canada" results also showed those places, plus clinics in Alberta and Toronto.

The clinic in Montreal is very popular and has been doing surgeries for a long time. Probably that's the reason Yaniv chose that clinic.

Two staff members "breaching" his electronic record doesn't mean they weren't within his circle of care- ER staff may need information on a patient they're covering while a colleague is on break, etc. It's notable that he's picking a claim for which no proof of actual damages is needed.

This seems to be absolutely the case. He found or was given notice of a class action over a data breech. He then made up a story and copy pasta'd the body of the notification.

I'm sure an industrious kiwi with a little more legal knowledge may be able to find the exact class action. Jonathan is such a retard it may not have even been against Fraser.
