WTF, it's been over 2 months....and him having a near enough Dr-in-house looking after him too. Mind-boggling what he's, possibly, been up to. <shudders>
I bookmarked a Twitter user who had the same/similar surgery at the same time...nothing but happiness and them getting on with their life and here's jon boy dripping everywhere.

I have a story that might explain what jon is going through right now, please ignore if you don't want to read a wall of text.
An personal account of my overweight, alcoholic, and diabetic second cousin. This was a man who smoked Marlboro reds by the carton and had immediate pancreatic failure due to his type 2 diabetes (making him insulin dependent). If this guy had surgery it would take 4 times the normal amount of time for his wounds to heal, like diabetes is no freaking joke, your body doesn't work as it should anymore (but it can be managed, just not be a disgusting fat sack of crap and you'll be fine).
His body was so filled with excess fluid that any cut, burn, or scratch would just ooze, he eventually needed a pizza slice cut from his lungs due potential cancer and surprise, surprise the wound never healed. There was just so much fluid in his flesh from the diabetes that his body never could nip the wound up, he ended up getting a wound vac over the incision just so they could drain shit from the surgery site for it to heal. If he just slowed his drinking down and monitored his blood sugar everything would of ended up normal... apart from the cancer...
Now imagine Jon Boy and his surprisingly more complicated surgery (yes, it is way more complicated than lung surgery), with his diabetes, weight and fluid build up. Since he wasn't doing any of the proper after care cleaning, sitzing, nutrition, blood sugar monitoring, or even hygiene, added onto that the fact he is very diabetic his wound would of gone without proper blood/oxygen flow due to the excess fluid buildup. This means that the surgery site that has just been rearranged and separated from its normal arteries and blood flow isn't going to to heal quite as normal. It needs super special care!
I might of lost a friend doing this, but I showed jons photos to a regular ol' ER nurse and she said that the site looked necrotic (based on the fluids, granulation, and colour). If jon went to the ER due his hatchet wound not healing after a month the doctors might have to preform a debridement procedure, to remove all the dead and calloused tissue from the area. If it has gotten to this point, she mentioned, there is almost a 99% chance of nerve damage and whatever was left of his knob would probably be cut away (if it was dead tissue) or would never function the same.
Another thing she mentioned was that, as a mother, if he was so adamant on being a woman he would of known what a sitz bath was. He clearly is picking and choosing what he wants to take away from womanhood, except instead of getting yeast infections he will probably get MSRA...

Dick butchery and it's countless post-op problems might be the only thing you can call justice. Yaniv is a vile, disgusting beast who harmed lots of innocent women and still continues to harass people constantly. He deserves his rotting hatched wound, it's a reflection of his nasty personality.
Is detransitioning even possible at this point? From animation posted somewhere here I got that it is very destructive, so what will be the point?

De-transition means go back to "presenting" as male (fully clothed).
