Jonny's scooty-puff and insurance fraud - If he got it from an ICBC claim, he might have a whole lot more to worry about.

So I couldn't help but think about how rapidly mobile our poor 'paralyzed' tampon-sniffer can be when off of the scooty-puff. On multiple videos now he's shown leaping from the seat to threaten a reporter with pepper spray, or to stand freely only to run at high speed (relatively) to catch his walker before it rolled out into the road without any sign of pain or injury.

It's been clear to everyone from day 1 that he dosen't need it and uses it for racking up his Oppression Points high score, as well as getting front of line-access everywhere and solicitous treatment in public, and never EVER has to stand like a pleb on Skytrain or any other form of public transit.

The thing is, a good many people have fraudulently claimed work and/or car accident injuries and pain requiring a mobility scooter, thus the cost is paid by Workman's Comp or ICBC (Insurance Corporation of British Columbia). As insurance fraud is so prevalent, they take a VERY dim view of it here in BC and agents look for just this sort of video evidence in cases where fraud is suspected. And they stamp down HARD when fraud is proven.

Does anyone with better resources then I know exactly HOW he got his scooty puff? If it was paid for by insurance instead of Medicare, he could find himself fucked without opening his legs.

He's tweeted before that he paid for it and isn't on disability. Even if so, he was seen in the earlier Rebel Media video with his mom utilizing the Handy Dart senior van. I think it's highly likely that he and/or Miriam also have a handicapped placard for their vehicles.

On second thought (thank you @ulsterscotsman and @2nd_time_user both) This should be taken with the proverbial grain of salt indeed, ESPECIALLY if they don't have the handicapped placard in their non-scootypuff conveyences!

Still putting the call out to anyone who can confirm for certain if JY paid for his scooty-puff or if he claimed for it via Medical or ICBC, cos all previous behaviour points to the latter.

Well shit.

It was a thought. Oh well!

Let's let this thread sink into the murky depths and be buried under the discarded tampons.
To be fair Johnathan is a habitual liar and if he claims that he "isn't on disability" then take it with a grain of salt.

In the states, once you're on the SSDI tugboat (as opposed to workers' comp) they don't take reports on what someone can/can't allegedly do. As an example, there's this guy who got on the tugboat because he's a non-combat veteran who got unrelated ass-cancer later, so he gets to claim "disabled veteran" with the ensuing asspats. He has a new car, drives his kids eight hours away for Yosemite vacations, on Section 8 (housing), Medicaid (pays for meds), VA. Free cable, phone, Internet, food stamps. This guy is a full-on narc who lives his life to ruin people (mostly women) on FB by latching onto their groups and was profiled by the largest newspaper chain in his area for being a full-on racist, saying things publicly like "six million isn't enough, because he ran for a major city council in SoCal. He ran around for weeks, fully walking, fully driving. Still is.

And SSDI doesn't care. What they do care about stateside is if you have undisclosed income. So a lot of people do "under-the-table" things like pull motors/fix cars for cash, sell pot for cash, live with Mommy. As long as Mommy's alive, it doesn't matter. But when she dies and there's $200K, now you HAVE to report it. Miriam appears way healthier physically than JY, so I don't think that will happen.

He's clearly well off financially but it's extremely likely he's grifting the government for disability funds. I don't know exactly how BC works, but where I live eligibility goes by what you yourself make. His mom's paying for everything and so he has everything he could possibly want or need: a condo, 1000 idiotic tech devices, etc. but he himself has little to no income. If he has any disability he could fake well enough, he could get money and medical devices even though he very clearly is absolutely fine financially. Tons of ways for mama Yaniv to give him all the money he needs without anyone from the government finding out.

Personally, I fully believe that if he is able to get disability payments or a scootypuff or whatever, he absolutely will even though he's bougie af and doesn't need it in the slightest. Seriously, no one can afford the shit he does on government assistance alone.
