Is this a change from some previous situation? Close custody is for high risk inmates, either because they're violent or an escape risk, usually because they've either attacked other inmates or guards, or previously tried to or actually escaped.

So far as I can tell, it's the 2016 extortion case. That's all they list.

And he's been back in since 1/7/2020.

I guess nobody has really cared about this assclown since 2019 or so.

He his previous sentence was for a probation violation ( I think)

I cannot see anything online about this new sentence of 4 years which seems odd. People loved trolling him, he liked the attention and so the circle wank went on.
