Stranger Things is a sci-fi show on netflix, the 2nd season is about to premiere in a week or so. ST & It fans are constantly sperging obsessive loons. They have fan accounts with referential names, spam the actors comments on IG and twitter, are militant shippers who cling to fake gay relationships that are only in their heads, harass actor's girlfriends, draw fanart/make fanfiction and tag the actors in it, - they do all the most annoying sped things a fan of something can do.

And to be fair, the one kid seems kinda gay. But they are 14 and have made polite statements asking for people to stop.

So Josh Ovalle said something in a live stream about the fan accounts being obnoxious.

That is a short clip and I can't find the full stream, but people are claiming he also said that Finn and a couple other It costars hate the fan accounts because they make them uncomfortable.

Then he deleted the video and posted a picture of himself eating an ice cream cone with the caption "feeling better now." So the fans started chimping out in his comments section. He made a few instagram stories in response, obviously trolling them, doing sort of a wrestling-style callout to them. They reeeeeeeeeeeeed even harder.

It's a shame a friendship was ruined over crazy fangirls insisting that the guys were gay for each other. I don't really care about shipping cartoons or game characters much because they aren't real. But when it's real people in the real world I think there's something wrong with you. Like the people on Tumblr that headcanon real actors and musicians as trans and draw fanart of them wearing binders or shirtless with top surgery scars showing. What the hell is wrong with you?
