My guess through was that he was forced to ditch his vehicle to throw off pursuit, and couldn't realistically transport rocket launchers on foot across rough terrain (they seem quite awkward and heavy to carry), so he left them in the booby trapped car.

Or he left them there to focus the search on the woods while he left in another direction.

Every big happening this year as been a wet fart of a nothing burger so I'm keeping my expectations low. Still funny that he managed to raid a military base.

Hmmmm, I dunno. the guy definitely has enough experience to have a good idea on what he is doing, Maybe he killed himself but I doubt it considering the authorities would likely have swept the whole forest within 2 weeks anyway. If no body shows up then, he is certainly alive but probably fucked off somewhere else

I also know that the EU has no border checkpoints, no border patrols (specifically for the countries around Belgium due to how the Schengen zone works) so for all we know he might be in a completely different country. Maybe he is halfway across Germany and he left the car as a diversion.
