Doesn't relisting cost more for him? Remember that one time he put himself in $200 in the red and Kengle bailed him out? He's technically not making much money when you factor in the costs of supplies and listing fees on eBay.

Listing fees are very small. eBay takes 10% of the sale price if and only if the item is sold. There is a trivial cost to listing. I think it is 30 cents for each item over 20 per month.

He got into trouble because eBay doesn't take the 10% automatically. Chris got the full price in his Paypal account and then received a bill from eBay. Through some combination of ignorance, stupidity, and incompetence, he found himself completely unprepared for that.

His profit margins vary. With the exception of the Amiibos, they are pretty decent. High enough that they annoy people on the forums.

Kenneth didn't bail him out. "Spirit Plumber" did on the condition the loan would be repaid, and he did repay, according to "Spirit Plumber".

A markup from $12 to $70 will do that.

He found a source on ebay that's selling Amiibos for half price. So that's probably improved his margins some.

What new product would you like to see Chris make from ebay? It's boring if we make a new thread for the same object. Interested in your ideas.
