Their parents? Extremely nice people, traditional Polish iirc. 2 purebred dogs. EXTREMELY nice house. Playing devil's advocate here, but you don't know what they're like behind closed doors. Having a family member that turns up the charm with visitors but turns nasty as soon as strangers are gone is something that's more common than you think.

Regardless, I'm sure they're the type that put an emphasis on hard work and may be a bit over-protective. I wouldn't doubt Junius has been more than a bit spoiled, either. If her parents are fairly normal, then it's likely that her peers might have fucked with her head badly at some point growing up.
