JustDestiny Drama - Commentary channel threatens to file false lawsuit against a 15 year old kid

JustDestiny's some Leafy-clone commentary channel that got into some hot water recently. This isn't exactly breaking news, though TurkeyTom's video helped cover the guy a bit, along with the controversy itself:

So I did some basic digging and found a link for a link for Dash and Associates, the 'law firm' that drafted the letter. Archive

It looks super fucking shady to me. The website has no way to contact them other than an e-mail address and a form. There's no listed phone number. I looked for all the people listed as employees, and only one I have found a link for, a Benjamin Lambert, who has a profile on a lawyer database that does not list him as working for Dash. Archive

Even more interestingly, the archive has an old Archive, that lists Andrea Holzer as an employee. She has been working out of Maryland for at least a decade, and does not list Dash as one of her previous employers. Unable to archive the linked in, sorry.

All this, on the grounds that a 15 year old said he's acting like a pedophile for clearly exploiting children.

Pretty well put together thread. This drama has been going on a little under the radar for months now, as a little bit ago many of his videos were claimed for using copyrighted music. He then attempted to start a gofundme to raise money to take the company that legally owns the rights to the copyrighted music that be used to court, which I’m sure would fail miserably, but he’s since deleted any tweets pertaining to the situation. I wish I had made a video on him right then and there to be honest because of how much of an idiot he is. The fake law firm he used is one of the first results on google when you search up “fake law firm cease and desist,” this is the level of idiocy we’re dealing with here. I guess he thought no one would go looking or something, honestly I have no idea what his thought process was. Not only is he incredibly idiotic, but he’s also extremely condescending. In interviews he talks to everyone like they’re some autistic kid who can’t find their pencil for class. Additionally, he’s been pretty shitty with his editors in the past, which he neglects to credit at all in his videos, but rest assured, he very rarely edits his own videos, hence the drastically different editing styles and quality from upload to upload. At this point he’s trying to round up his child fans and play the victim with them in the hopes that they’ll stick around. It’s pathetic, he’s genuinely one of the saddest humans I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. That’s about all I gotta say, have a nice day.
