Based on this photo (kindly shared by WGkitty), Yaniv saw Donald Smith and shirt-wearing friend at the Law Courts downtown. Given that there was also a change in the defamation case, my guess is that he was filing his response with the BC Supreme Court registry. Also comports with JY reporting it to sheriffs.

As of last October he was undergoing the assessment process for genital reassignment surgery via a new trans surgery program at Vancouver General. He hasn't made any information about it public - like whether he's actually scheduled for surgery or has been told to deal with his other health problems (inc. obesity) first.
This coming June, he's finally scheduled to see a neurosurgeon about dealing with the hydrocephaly, and it would be one dumb GRS surgeon to jump in before a decision is made about that.
It speaks volumes that there are pads on the wishlist with the perfume. Bonus points for the different brands!

You would assume with the litany of health problems, hospital visits, fainting episodes, brain tumors, cancer scares, anal bleeding, and whatever else his diseased carcass plays home to, that he wouldn’t medically qualify for SRS as he is physically unfit to undergo major elective surgery.
I’d also think at this stage in his life with all his past transgressions, he would be required to undergo psych evaluations for a multitude of reasons before being allowed to have his naughty bits lopped off.

He told MandaPanda that the Vancouver GRS program requires him to get some kind of psych cert and to confirm that he has a "safety net" for his post-surgical recovery. He'd planned to make Katie that safety net since Miriam opposes the surgery. When Katie got fed up with him, he was frantic to make amends because her serving as his official safety net was vital to his getting the surgery. She declined, so I've wondered if he's since duped someone into serving in her stead.
But it seems from what gets reported down in Rat Kings and Community Watch that the psych eval often looks only at how much the patient wants GRS, rather than at whether the patient is of sound mind. Oh, garsh, Jeremy says he'll kill himself if he doesn't get a pretty little neovag real soon so he's ack SHE's definitely a good candidate for GRS!

That's his mom's strata across the street. He went over one day, caught a whiff of cleaning chemicals on his way to Miriam's apartment, freaked out, ran around the building performing opera, got mad at an Indo-Pakistani maintenance guy for not panicking with him, and sued.
