Someone in the twitter thread said it was a home care office. Home care is for old people who have difficulty making it to medical appointments.... it basically gov't nurses coming to your house for foot and nail care, changing dressings, helping with rehab exercises, etc. It was never intended for someone who's well enough to drive themselves down to the office so they can harass the staff; the very fact he dragged his fat nasty ass down there in his own car implies he is more than able to drive himself to his phony medical appointments. He just wants to be alone with female nurses in his Langley pedophile cave.
