That is perhaps the saddest and most pathetic thing ever. He's retweeting a bot that scours Twatter info and tweets Happy Birthday to you on your Birthday.
Nearly as funny as him claiming to be "important enough to be mentioned on the cover of a book" (wtte), not sure if he actually realised he had a chapter devoted to him. Too stupid to realise it was satire.

It's a bit of a paradox, really, but past a certain point the higher one's IQ is, the more difficult/impossible it becomes to comprehend what in the hell is going on in the heads/psyches of the Yannys of the world and to plan accordingly.
As for me personally (no genius*)--how many times have I been caught up with the "no, 'x" won't happen/'y' will never do that no one could actually believe that/act that stupidly" only to once again be hit with--"oh yes they can and oh yes they will"?
More times than I care to remember, I can tell you that!
*OK technically that's false modesty: does that count as "powerleveling" ?
