I feel slightly ashamed for being on the internet this long without realizing there are female MRAs. This fucking world.
In my experience, women in the Manosphere are generally one of two sorts:
1. Women who want to believe that All Women Are Like That because it means that they themselves get to be snowflakes (because they're not like that); or
2. Women who Are Like That themselves and are looking for an excuse not to have to behave better.

This seems very likely.
It may seem cliched to be automatically suspicious of anyone just because they want to sell out their own kind, but you word it well - why would anyone fight for a cause that shrinks their own freedoms and status by way of doing so to the group they belong to? The answer is because they think they personally have a ticket out. In real war we call these people collaborators. In the great autism war we just call them progressives, or I suppose now the term "skeptic" is starting to mean the same thing on the other side, at least when it's used as a label by clickbaiting youtubers.
Initially, I was supportive of the Honey Badgers having seen their appearance on that documentary The Red Pill and seeing Karen Straughan take Gavin McInnes to task over his stupid comments on Gamergate. After knowing what a shit show they are following their feud with Metokur, sheesh, these people are a bunch of idiots with superiority complexes.
For context, I've timestamped the part of the Kevin Logan video that made her go on that rant:
All Kevin did was show a bunch of clips of Karen bitching at her dog for disrupting her while she was trying to make videos, and he chuckled about it and said being interrupted by their pets while filming was something they had in common. It was a very rare incident of Kevin actually being playful and sympathetic with one of his subjects instead of malicious and vindictive like usual.
In response to this, practically out of nowhere Karen wrote a diatribe that was literally dozens of paragraphs long about how she's actually a good dog owner. The response really wasn't justified, and it's both hilarious as well as disturbingly telling that for some reason this was the one thing in the video that Karen went ballistic about, while ignoring all the actual criticism in said video (and it's also hilarious that Kevin capitulated and made an apology video when he was fully justified in telling her to fuck off in this instance).
The funniest part of this she was like this before her ovaries dried up.

I think she falls into the 3rd group, women who want to settle down and have kids but are just unlovable, so they jump on team guy for attention.

She has the most uncharismatic demeanour, which was why I never really tuned into any of her Honey Badger stuff (then again, her writing isn’t much better). There was something off about her that I could pick up on her back in 2011 or so, but couldn’t quite put my finger on it until Jim’s video came out.
I'm actually a bit of a Randomercam fan (and Karen to a certain extent), but I gotta call exceptional behavior for what it is. Especially on Karen's part for blowing things out of proportion with imagined suicides and threats of LOLsuits. It's kinda sad to think that I thought of these people being at least nominally intelligent and insightful, and yet they get their jimmies rustled this easily.
Randomercam could have probably deadened this whole shit show had he simply went on Metokur's stream and handled his own business and at least try to defend his position instead of chimping the fuck out for months on end, then hiding behind the collective petticoats of Karen and Allison, and then throw them under the proverbial bus when he got butthurted. Who despite being his supposed best friend, had little to no idea what he was even going on about, Allison making herself look very foolish. Now World War Autism has started and he continues to ignore the A-bomb level damage he's caused.
And to think all of this over Johnathan Ross, a fucking pedophilic, Columbine-loving, retard who totally deserved the grilling and tongue lashing he got from Metokur for expressing publicly that watching naked kids taking bath's was a cool and sexy thing to do.

What even happened? All I found was Metokur called him something like "A fag that plays with puppets", was that really all it took for all of them to flip their collective shit?
Here's the timeline

He later made a video about Ross, calling him an autistic pedophile. Which is true. Ross is autistic and a pedophile
Randomercam comes into the comments and writes a fucking essay about how Jim shouldn't call people autistic. Jim calls him autistic and says if he wants to talk he's willing to open up the metocast and they can go at it. Randomercam doesn't and continues to snipe at jim for months and months
Eventually Jim has enough of his shit, makes fun of him on the Kumite, and calls the Honey Badgers a bunch of idiots for defending this guy
One of the badgers (alison) goes onto the Kumite on 'Bloodapalooza' (the worst day of the kumite in awhile), shills, admits she was just shilling for attention, and apologizes, and everyone goes 'Holy fuck these bitches are crazy' and start calling them the money badgers because of you know, the shilling.
This triggers Karen a few days later, who autistically and drunkenly goes after Jim, who makes fun of her and says 'Lets do this on the Kumite'. Karen being exceptional says she doesn't want to, but keeps drunkening going on and on on twitter about how they won't drop her an invite when she refused to go on just like, hours ago.
Throughout this time, all the badgers are writing autistic essays in the comments sections like retards.
All because an autistic puppetman couldn't handle an autistic pedophile being called an autistic pedophile.
That seems to be the gist of it all, yeah ... extremely pathetic and sad.

Slight correction, Karen stated it was because she believes that Dean Esmay had insider information on the HoneyBadgers and was feeding it to Jim and Andy Warski to use against them. Its also why she wants jim to be a public figure and not anonymous.
