It's true. The hair on the balls and the pubic hair can grow back and troons end up with hairballs inside of their inverted dicks. It doesn't happen for everyone but it def. happens.

depends on the surgeon. For anyone using the more primitive inversion method, which is every American surgeon, yes. Most of them require electrolysis before they'll operate on you, but hair can grow back.
The better Thai surgeons (the ones who don't use the inversion method) manually excise all hair follicles during the operation though.
Basically it's not a myth since most American troons depend on Obamacare handout surgeries which means shitty US surgeries only.
