I think he may have got the money thanks to being approved for unemployment benefits he’d been trying to get since Covid lockdowns began. Only reason I can think the govt just retroactively gave him money. He probably tried to claim he was an Uber driver and actor - given how sketchy he is I’m sure he was denied for a long time, probably didn’t have much documentation about his job/income but might have finally succeeded if he kept at it and put together some documentation.
Can’t be easy during LA’s Covid restrictions to find places and women to be a creepy cross-dressing drunk. Lot harder to get random thots to dance with you too.
