Katlynn "DayDreamer Fox" Yost is a 17 year old furry artist from Fullerton, CA who recently came into the public spotlight after "going missing" and her sister reporting that she had found her parents (Chris and Jennifer Yost) as well as William "Billy" Boucher, a friend of the family, dead in their home.

Yost was later apprehended by police along with Josh Acosta and Frank "Entey" Felix under suspicions that they may have perpetrated the murders. Acosta and Felix have since been charged with murder, which in California makes them eligible for the death penalty. Due to Yost's age, she is named as the "teen" in the story and as a minor no charges have been announced at this time.

Yost was raised as a furry by her mother and step-father, who were also involved in the fandom. She was frequently taken to local furmeets by her mother and appears in her mother's Facebook photo album "fun times at furmeets". It is suspected that she was romantically involved with one of the two men she was apprehended with.

This is still a developing story.

Oh yeah, I remember reading this thing earlier but I didn't knew it had a furry involved. Feel bad for the parents though, remember kids: Furry or Tumblr, not even once. No matter how much your friends try to convince you it's harmless, never try them.

But seriously though, I like her description on FA "I am a hugger not a fighter" and her FB posts all "Love is the answer" and then her parents get murdered. Maybe she's more of a psychocow rather than horrorcow, but who knows, we're just entering the rabbit hole... fox hole... wolf den?... whatever the fuck animal she thinks she is.

She's under age. Does that matter if homicide charges are pending?

Several things: The kid has an outright jaw malformation. She has what looks like the reverse of a Habsberg jaw and everything from speech to chewing had to have been difficult. Had I a malformation like that and my mother had not done what was needed to get me corrective surgery I wouldn't have killed her but she would have had a bad time during my teenage years.

But then again my mom wasn't a fucking furry who linked to me as her daughter on a god damned furry forum. I know nothing about this case but the whole furry thing makes me wonder if this isn't somehow akin to Gypsy Blancharde offing her mom. (DeeDee Blancharde destroyed her daughter's health in decades long Munchausen by Proxy scams and as soon as Gypsy got a boyfriend she used him as a means of violent escape). This case is even following the same format - kill the weird parent, leave the scene and let everyone worry the perp is also a victim. DeeDee Blancharde sort of earned her murder - wonder if that will play out in this case.

What happened to the adorable kitten in the pics on the mom's FA account. The humans can rot but I'm worried about the kitten.
