I genuinely think they won't do a damn thing to her legs until there's no option but to amputate- serious infection, bone exposure/rot, etc. Her docs aren't stupid, and they'll just provide a basic level of care until her feet turn black.
Well, damn. That just says it all about her, doesn't it?
I could be wrong and apologies if I am, but I don't believe she actually got a hysterectomy. She actually played the hysterectomy card twice if I remember, quite a long time apart as it was the "cure" for her anemia but since, you know, doctors aren't big on removing health organs it never happened.
But it's been a while since I've checked back in here so it's possible it did finally happen and it just slipped me by.
Are her legs worth saving at this point? I'm not a doctor, but if she can't move her feet, has to walk on the outer part of them and has to move her leg entirely from her hip---?
Again, I'm not a doctor, I don't know what the criteria for amputation is. It could be when the limb loses blood flow & becomes necrotic.
Nah, once she goes unconscious and is dying from them being gangrenous or whatever, theyll chop em right off. Life over limb and if she isnt waking back up, they arent going to wait and ask.I’ve been following Kelly for a loooooooong time. I also don’t recall the hysterectomy ever occurring. I don’t even think she had an ablation procedure, which is what they would have tried first.
There is no recovering from here, not with the extent of the wounds both in terms of size of affected area and amount of time she’s had them. She’s insanely lucky she hasn’t succumbed to sepsis yet. I’m like a broken record, but it just baffles me. Amputation will be the end result. I would wager her providers likely have had this discussion with her, but she absolutely refuses to acknowledge it on social media. And un/fortunately, however you see it, it’s her choice to let her legs rot off of her body. They cannot take them without her informed consent, even if it’s killing her.
I’m not sure of the legal aspects in Canada since I live in the US, but if she made her wishes clear to her doctors, they’d be opening themselves up to a pretty serious lawsuit going against her wishes. I mean they could use implied consent in an emergency situation, but really only if she had no next of kin to express her wishes for her.Nah, once she goes unconscious and is dying from them being gangrenous or whatever, theyll chop em right off. I believe in past pages, it was speculated it was either her sister or she asked a nurse. I could also see her setting up a timer or using a hand held remote shutter. You can get them cheaply on Amazon.Well, I made it. I read all 92 pages of this psychotic's self-destruction.
Just one question - who is the cameraman when she's taking her obviously-staged photos where her face is buried in her hands as she pretends to cry?
She has roommates too. And to stand living with Kelly more than a day they must be in that same range of crazy, so it wouldn’t surprised me if they help her stage them.I believe in past pages, it was speculated it was either her sister or she asked a nurse. That’s a really good point. I’m really curious as to what kind of person could possibly stand living in such close proximity to decaying flesh. She has roommates too. Far as I am aware in Canada, she'd need an equivalent of a 'do not resusitate'. You'll never manage to sue a doctor here. Ever. So long as they are acting in good faith.I’m not sure of the legal aspects in Canada since I live in the US, but if she made her wishes clear to her doctors, they’d be opening themselves up to a pretty serious lawsuit going against her wishes. I was thinking about this, too. Where there's a will, there's a way. Even if she lost all her limbs she'd probably bite her own tongue off or gnaw her cheeks open. She is terrifying in her persistent need to destroy herself, all the while maintaining iron-clad blame deflection the likes of which has only been paralleled by Donald Trump. Then she'd probably go to work biting her arms down to the bone.
It’s interesting that the Canadian doctors let her continue with open wounds like that, being in a home environment, even knowing she did it to herself. I’m pretty sure she’d have been treated again in the US. At least with another wound vac but probably even with another graft. As an example, our deathfat Chance who ate himself into kidney and wound failure several times, and who had to relearn to walk twice, was treated-without insurance. When he died, he was still seeing a wound care specialist and had a wound vac. He was eating pizza in his last days. He was non-compliant and docs knew that but I guess they felt they had to do something. Even though they won’t give a liver to an alcoholic, they don’t not treat people who have psychiatric problems and if the drunk can stay sober for only six months, they go on the list. So it’s interesting that they seemed to watch her legs deteriorate and seemingly did nothing, even though any treatment would have been futile. I don’t know what they could have done, but having her go in every other day for cleaning and checking when they first started to be damaged after the graft would be a minimum, along with psych.
Not making a judgment, just something I noticed. Maybe Canada has the right idea, maybe I’m wrong about the US and they’d have left her to pick too..two cases certainly don’t give the entire picture.
Rate me optimistic, but if she nearly dies and they do amputate to save her life, they'd have the time to petition for guardianship lolTo be fair, at one point one of her doctors filed for a temporary psychiatric hold on her for being a danger to herself. Unfortunately that was all they could do, and she of course had a tantrum about being put in a facility for 72 hours and walked out as soon as she could. The doctors' hands are tied. They can't keep her in the hospital where they can watch her indefinitely. Unless a judge agrees that she needs to be locked up long term somewhere they can physically restrain her arms, there is absolutely nothing they can do to keep her from picking at her flesh until her legs start rotting away again.
And honestly? Even if they could keep her there and keep doing procedures, all they'd be doing is sinking more costs into a lost cause. Why waste money and time and energy on some crazy bitch who refuses to stop mutilating herself for attention? Seems better to just let nature take its course.
I'm finding the thought of the hospital having a pet 'stumpy' that follows the doctors round, making nonsense medical conditions up whilst they all laugh at her antics far funnier than I probably should.Rate me optimistic, but if she nearly dies and they do amputate to save her life, they'd have the time to petition for guardianship lol
