She really needs to learn to draw arms away from the body in turnarounds.

It doesn't help that these characters have roughly similar body proportions, so you probably can't tell these silhouettes apart. That and the confusing hair shape that overlaps and clutters the face. That turnaround has some serious issues. there's inconsistent hand size and arm length, whatever the fuck the upper body is doing in the side view, and the unclear silhouette of the front facing view. I'm assuming this was an assignment.
From the boob window to the high heels. They're gonna have a real field day with this one.If someone posted this to one of those bikinidamage blogs they'd rip it to shreds due to thinking it's a big tiddy woman, lol.
You know, there's so much talk about how clothes aren't gendered, dudes can be feminine, yadda yadda... that's all well and good, but I feel like 99.9% of the time when you see 'effeminate man' being drawn it's just this exact same shit that Kelsey does.[Re. Her gay dudes just looking like chicks]

Let me be picky but did no one tell this bitch glasses do not work that way?And to top it all off... we also have an ambigulously brown, non-binary spy.

.
Or jaws for that matter. Why can't she draw a character without making them smug as shit?Let me be picky but did no one tell this bitch glasses do not work that way?

Look at how many of those are just the Same Character.
Reading a little more into it, the characters from the first lineup are DnD characters. Hawaiian Asgore for example is supposed to be a DRUID. You know, like these...For someone trying to talk like an authority about character design, Kelsey's character lineups are DISASTROUS. The only reason I can tell that the music ones are supposed to all be from one project are from the names, and if the individual names are supposed to inform the designs then they're not doing it very well.
With the first lineup, without the names, I have no idea if they're from a single project or not, and considering you have Hawaiian-flavored Asgore, Bimbo Disney-Hercules, and MLP-Rarity-in-pantaloons in the same lineup I find it concerning I can't tell if this is one project or not.
Her seeming like she wanted one character for every crayola marker in the 24 pack color wise isn't helping either, idk if she's trying to set tone or audience with the painfully consistent saturation but it's... it's not good. Nobody has any cohesion as a cast, every single one has the exact same level of detail and brightness and stuff so there's no way to tell if anyone is particularly important.
And the worst part about so much detail is that it's so much detail while communicating NOTHING. It's especially apparent with the music ones like I already mentioned, but design is supposed to give you instant information about a character and these don't do that; there's no practical details to tell you about their life, but for purely aesthetic outfits they really don't communicate much about theme either. Every character here I can't say much more than that they're supposed to be airheaded and bitchy and probably gay. Other than that, who the fuck knows?
These designs would have made my teachers cry. I'm sad now.
What did Kelsey say about Angel Dust of all characters?I'll take Hazbin's tacky but fun character designs over Myers' bimbos anyday.
Also, funny how she gives Hazbin shit for for it's character designs

Yet, take a good look at some of her own characters. Look at how much detail and clutter are in these designs All those belts, buckles, tassels, and random accessories. Doesn't exactly scream "animator friendly" to me.
