I let her out to explore for an hour or so and she pooped so I think she's feeling better now.Bearded dragons are a desert species if I'm not mistaken and they tend to like it more on the hot side of things. Make sure she hasn't out grown her habitat and make sure there's a hot side and a cold side in the enclosure so she'll have the ability to alternator temperature by choosing her placement within the enclosure.
A lot of people don't know this but even Reptiles like to Explorer, this is called enrichment when zoos hide snakes inside some of the animals enclosures.
70 degrees isn't too bad for short periods of time.
I keep a side that's around 100 and a side around 80-84 and she has a lot of space and different areas for shade and climbing and so she's usually pretty content (which is why I got nervous).
