How have you read this thread, or most Animal Control threads really, without knowing what that term means? Look it up if you really want to know and do it in an incognito tab. I'm astounded you don't seem to know how dog mating works given you're hanging out in a furry drama subthread. This seems like it's universal knowledge among furries and people who encounter them.
The dogs are "knotted" or "tied" or "locked" or whatever other term you want to use for it. Male dogs have a bulbous lump near the base of the phallus that swells during mating, which then prevents them from pulling out during ejaculation by keeping the male and female (or, in this case, male and male) stuck together for a while. During this time the male may attempt to dismount and turn around, hence the ass-to-ass positon in the pic.
So, yeah. Kero posted a pick of two dogs having sex. Gross.
Those vids look completely real and not at all like Kero pretending to be some random idiot. The fact that they have the same kinds of titles as Kero's videos, the same style of thumbnails as Kero's videos, and obvious trollbait shit like "2" instead of "to", points to this being the work of Iranian superhackers.

Hello, I forgot about all this and should've posted much sooner, but Kero decided to message my telegram about a month or two ago with a rather odd video and then changed his bio to the Zeta letter. He never apologized for this. Silent admission of guilt and a big "fuck you", I suppose.
If I didn't think he was a depraved scumbag before, I definitely do now.

this Yamithewolf thing does seem odd considering that Telegram is rather hard on the fact that you can create one account per phone number, and unless Kero has actively used multiple Telegram accounts, this could merely be a troll.

Also, it's probably not like Kero to just send random people incriminating evidence to use against him unless it's to people he trusted and believed to share his "interests", so I'm also putting my vote on fake.
I'd guess it's a fake, too; reason being is a picture of (an otter?) isn't the sort of thing Kero sends people. It's too tame. Last time he / his friends tried a gayops, he was posting pictures of foxes in bondage.
