I agree that everyone should have the right to make themselves happy, but being a troon doesn't make men happy - it makes them more depressed.
The only treatment for AGP is being aware of it and repressing it, like an alcoholic being aware that they have a problem with alcohol and repressing the desire to drink.
But unlimited hot and cold running pornography, a rabid and litigious "queer" lobby, and research on AGP being suppressed means that a lot of AGP men will never get there, instead winding up depressed and dickless. Can you imagine if we thought the best way to manage addiction was to give addicts whatever they demanded, and if anyone objects they're an addictionphobic bigot?
Terminal AGP looks a lot like the end stage of an addiction. Homelessness, jail, institutions or death.

I don't know what the cure is for severe AGP or body dismorphia is. I could take a stab at the solution of "just be a drag queen and work on your makeup skills and you will find a man or woman out there who is into that stuff" but I don't know if that is ultimately the right answer. What I do know is that mutilating your body is never the answer; Fucking with the fundamental aspects of your body chemistry (which are needed to keep you sane) isn't the answer. Just like you don't have to be a pilot to know that if a helicopter crashes into a tree in a fiery explosion that someone somewhere fucked something up.

For me, I don't care if Kev is happy or not. If he came out and said that all his dreams came true and literally meant it, I wouldn't change my mind because everyone on planet earth knows that someone who is coming to terms with the consequences of the horrific mistakes they have made in life will say and do anything to assuage their own cognitive dissonance. This includes dragging other people down with them, and this is where I ultimately want this shit to stop. It's one thing to fuck your own life up, but it gives me pause to consider that some poor confused gay kid out there will be taken into this destructive cult by people like Kevin and make permanent life-altering mistakes.

Body dysmorphia is not restricted to trannies. Anorexics, plastic surgery addicts, those weirdos who want to cut off their own healthy body parts…

The way competent doctors/therapists usually handle it is to help afflicted patients learn to live in their own skin and get them to see they are doing more harm than good. For some reason that’s beyond me, trannies get indulged in their fantasies rather than coaxed back into reality.
