So, in skimming these what I have gathered is that he was such a whiny, raging bitch during his time that the doctor/practice realized what a huge liability it would be to do surgery on him and noped the fuck out of that mess before it could start. Is that accurate?
Can someone please dumb down what Riley is saying? He's intersex and some form of abuse requires him to have some form of surgery several times before he can get...? A fauxgina? And he didn't like someone so the staff fired him as a patient?
Part of why it doesn't make sense is he is obviously leaving out big parts of the story and/or downplaying parts.
The long and short of it is he needed specific surgery that very few doctors do, and had to get other surgeries done before hand. Following an incident in the office, he was given a warning that if he didn't toe the line going forward that he would be dismissed as a client. Spoiler: he didn't toe the line and was dismissed as a client. He was contacted by the doctor after his FFS, and dismissed. He apparently called from the wheelchair following the disaster that was his FFS hospital stay, and the receptionist told him there was no surgery date in their books for him coming up.
EDIT: androgynoplasty is a fucking weird version of bottom surgery were they give you a hole but leave your penis which is why he needs a specific magical doctor for it.
EDIT2: Riley's entire bullshit about past trauma and the colon surgery isn't directly related I don't think. The past trauma he is referring to is the claim that when he was a baby they assigned his sex as male even though he was intersex.

Other than that, I'd love to know what that letter said since it accompanied a warning and they told him the terms of the letter applied to all future visits. It sounds like the letter said "stop being an annoying faggot and start working with hospital staff." But it's hard to tell.
