It wasn't actually a farm, although it was a farm style house and he had a handful of chickens and a sheep. The only other person who lived there was his super psycho tranny gf who 41%ed like 9 years ago. The doc who did the operations didn't live there but would come up when a surgery was scheduled (he was also another tranny)

The OR and electrology station was in a shed they built specifically for that purpose.

Steampunk Phil actually reminds me a lot of the tranny who started that clinic, although I think the bootleg clinic tranny was a little too misanthropic to ever want to start a commune. His name is Beth Flannagan, also known as "Beth X"

You know what, I disagree with Kev, but I'll play along. Sure, let's put a "spell" (still can't give up Harry Potter, I see) on trans "women" and make it illegal/impossible to transition. He says there would still be cis men pretending to be women to creep on real women. He's right. But the dipshit forgets that if we weren't forced to allow men dressed as women in bathrooms, locker rooms, sports teams, etc. -- these evil cis bastards would have fewer opportunities to get women into vulnerable positions in the first place. And likely they wouldn't bother dressing as women to harass us since that would only work if they put a ton of work into it and could pass well enough that they wouldn't get the cops called on them for being in a women's only space. The only benefit to pretending to be a troon is that it keeps them from being arrested for being in the women's room. Take that away and why would they bother unless they are degenerates like Kev?

So, yeah, it won't magically keep women from being abused by men -- but it will give us a few spaces that are safer. No one ever claimed it would reduce the risk 100%.
