No, cystic acne is far more likely than regular acne to leave scarring even when you take care of it, unfortunately. It's some awful stuff.

Girls and grown ass women can have all types of acne (I refuse to believe he never seen one), but most of normal women who can afford it try to treat it with cosmetics or some procedures, they spend actual time to pick a salve that fits their skin. At the very least they try to hide the condition with make up.

And you know what? Acne on females is at least partially controlled by testosterone. Yes, healthy cis women have testosterone, while still in a small quantities. It also controls other things like libido or hair texture. I honestly hate troon rhethoric that female = estrogen and male = testosterone, I've seen it multiple times by now.

Also if Kev had female body, he could still end up being sensitive to androgens. That is, having standard female hormone levels but still with the worst form of acne, having facial hair, being horny and aggressive or all of the above. Eat shit, you retard.
