That is actually insane. As stated by others, that person could have been there for any reason at all. I've lived in some pretty bumfuck places so I'm not exactly surprised that someone would scope you out if you're around their property in a mostly uninhabited area but to assume such person is a 'fascist' and then demand a community deal with said perceived fascists is pretty out there.
