My sister had spinal surgery years ago to fix some mad scoliosis and it was fully healed in well under I would say absolute max 3-4 months. Her surgeon also did regular check-ups and was available for consultation.

Yep. It's never going to be not tight because his body is constantly trying to heal and creating scar tissue. There is NO end to dilation, not even for less fucked up amholes. While you have to dilate less frequently after a while the body is still going to close the wound once you stop.
It's likely that Kevins mistake was not dilating properly right after surgery. Now there is too much scar tissue. His only option is to have another surgery to open amhole and then follow the dilation shedule. But that's never going to happen because he is a lazy fuck.
I wonder who has it worse; Kevin or Jazz Jennings. Jazz' amhole is completely butchered but unlike Kevin he never sexually matured and doesn't know what was taken from him. Kevin on the other hand is slightly less butchered but he is a cumbrain who lost the ability to coom.

Yup, and this was always why Kevin was the worst candidate for it. All reservations about the ethics of the surgery itself to begin with aside, if you get an amhole installed you better be ready to "take care" of it for the rest of your life; Kevin is a literal man baby and there just was no way he was going to do something three times a day that's very uncomfortable and not the hot lesbian uwu amazing orgasm he dreamed of. I also see Kevin's following in Jazz's footsteps by becoming even more of a chonker post-surgery.
If anything, Kevin getting approval of the surgery shows how little they screen their patients.

I assume you cannot just stuff things into a wound and leave them there without risking infections and such? I mean, gross stuff seems to build up in there a lot of time anyway, I doubt some additional foreign object will help, especially with a troon's typical hygiene.
