Concerned by the manure stain on the butt of the alpaca, that shouldn't happen in a healthy one, as they have very dry shit. It implies scouring (diarrhea) seems out the normal age ranges for it to happen normally (Two to three weeks old, or right after giving birth). Hopefully it's just a change in feed or stress, because if it's being caused by a bacterial or viral infection it'll spread like fire through the herd considering the crowding. Treatment is usually just some water and electrolytes to prevent dehydration, and waiting for it to pass.

My opinion is they're actually trying- they got the tit implants, they aren't a fat blob, they do makeup. They shower and wear clothing that "flatters" the alternative look they are cultivating.
