In Penny’s blog posts, he describes his early life as being full of abuse at the hands of his parents, and mentions that he was eventually removed from their care and raised by his grandparents. So Anahid might actually be his grandmother.

It's more likely he's got poor blood circulation in his feet because he's fat and sedentary. May already have the beginnings of blocked arteries. It's definitely not because of the estrogen. That makes him actually taking estrogen even crazier. Older women (mid 30s plus), women who smoke (yes, even weed), and women who are fat often have to stop taking hormones because it increases the risk of stroke.

Troons should realize that they're going to age out of hormones eventually or run the risk of stroking out. Maybe that is why Kev has been on a diet/exercise kick lately. His doctor may have told him that it's not a good idea to take hormones if he's got high blood pressure.
