To be fair, these are all exactly the sorts of folks who'd spend 10 years in 'higher' education without learning anything real except how to write a check, as they say.
Nope. Kevin's my cable TV. He's pure hilarity and entertainment and he does it all willingly to himself. Decades ago, we'd have to wait until August when the county fair came to town and then we'd have to pony up cash for a ticket to point and laugh. At least here we don't have to smell the AMHOLE.
I do feel bad for Kevin. It's easy to say he did this all to himself, he's a disgusting groomer, etc and not take any pity on him at all. It's very easy to look at it that way. This is certainly a valid viewpoint of the situation. My pity comes from my own understanding that if he were mentally healthy, he wouldn't be like this. He's a very sick dude. Always be grateful for good mental health. Even if you're crazy, you could always be crazier. Even if you're dumb, you could always be dumber. Things could always be worse.
Another great, true story that underscores the importance of mental health is the story of Caligula, the Roman emperor. Gaius Germanicus. He was actually an excellent emperor for the first 6 months or so of his reign. No one really remembers that part. He was kind and generous, adored by the people. Then he got sick, was probably poisoned but no one knows for sure. Bedridden for weeks with a terrible fever. Cooked his noodle. When he got out of that bed he was the Caligula that became legendary and infamous for his insanity, paranoia and cruelty. He was murdered by his own body guards something like 3 years later.
Doesn't matter if you own the whole world, if your mental health is shit or goes to shit then you're gonna lose it all. Before you know it a bunch of muscle-ly half naked men are stabbing you to death or you're Wedge pretending to have an orchi so you can go play grab-ass with the faggots on the tranch or you're one of these lost souls taking pics of yourself in your real hospital bed because you just had an expensive, life altering, mutilating and dangerous elective surgery.
I feel bad for Kevin, but I'd never try to help him or even talk sense into him. He's way, way too far gone. The happiest possible ending to Kevin's story is suicide, there is no redemption arc for this faggot.
I don't think any of us plan on doing this willingly, but thanks for the warning anyways.

I'm pretty sure her full name is Anahid Katchian (aka Anahid Katchian Logue). Based on his twitter thread about her: Link to a LinkedIn (plus a second one? Both mention Highland Technical Staff, so I assume same person), which mentions an undergrad in mathematics from Oberlin, has her working for a tech company in the 80s (presumably where she met "Poppy", Penny's "dad"), and has her as CEO of another tech company, Highland Technical Staffing.
The link to the HTS website is now dead, but googling "Highland Anahid Katchian" throws up a number of other companies, including Highland Management, Inc and Highland Consulting, Inc - both based in Colorado.
Googling "Highland Technical Staff IBM" (as I assume that's where the 'contracting to IBM' came in, since the company was registered in 1992) and "Anahid Katchian IBM" throws up a lot of results, but no concrete links in a page of scrolling - someone more autistic than me can chase that if they want. This page does mention that Highland Technical Staffing is run by Anahid Katchian and provides contract IT services, so it seems pretty likely this is the IBM link.
Also, a news article of an Anahid Katchian talking about finding out about her father being in the Armenian Genocide, and recording family members' memories of and experiences with it. Another news article, which suggests she's a) semi-famous(?) for her work on the Armenian genocide, and b) was 74 in 2019, which puts her at the right age to both get dementia and maybe to be Penny's grandmother.
And the kicker?? Here (archive), Anahid Katchian, also known as Anahid Logue, with an address in Colorado. Walter Logue (husband? This site says they've co-owned properties) has also lived at the address, as has Danhell Logue (Penny's mom?) - and Phillip Matthew Logue has registered the house's phone number as his own on official documents.
