How is it possible that they're all so ridiculously ugly? Not just on the inside but outside as well.
All I can think of is this

Phil’s Homesdid we establish who bought farm1? was that also his mommy?
Paul/Troon Bonne went into crippling debt. Allegedly. The ranch has moved to the current geodesic dome. IDK whose name is on the property records, or how it’s being paid for.
What was the address for the old Tranch? I have a theory that the investments they used in it likely was to sell the tranch at a profit. I'll see if I can find property owner documents for current TranchPhil’s Homes
- Shortly after leaving the military, and after his daughter moved away with her mom, Phil lived in a duplex with his sister. Phil claimed that he and his sister bought it themselves, but Phil’s parents’ names (Walter Logue and Anahid Katchian) are on the property records. To this day, Phil’s sister apparently still lives there, and his parents still own it (despite the fact that Phil claims to have sold his house to fund the ranch). Phil later moved into Walt and Anahid’s basement with Kevin. I made a full post about it upthread.
- Phil rented the original Tenacious Unicorn Ranch from his biological mother (Gail Logue).
- The ranch has moved to the current geodesic dome. IDK whose name is on the property records, or how it’s being paid for.
So uuuuuuuuuhhhhhhh dude has been packing his shit for...3 weeks? Longer? And they haven't actually bought anything? I'm just completely mystified by this whole house buying scenario, because there's so much missing information. Setting a closing date is one of the first things you do in a purchase agreement, it's literally part of your bid on the property, and a part of any counteroffers. There are a ton of things that can push that date back, but that date is rarely if ever pushed without both parties establishing and agreeing on a new closing date, because that's in the contract, and that means that it's legally enforceable after the signing. Now it's been established that the previous owner doesn't even live there, so occupancy or the need for more time to move are off the table as hurdles to the closing. But, if they were selling the current farm while buying the new one, that could also be a major cause of holdups. It's never been mentioned, and since there's no filter on this twitter, we would have heard about it for sure. But I didn't - and still don't - get it. So here's what I found:
My first thought was to maybe try and figure out where they might be attempting to move to by using the Colorado MLS. There are a lot of farms for sale, all over the shot in terms of pricing, size, and features. Without more information, it would be impossible to start here. So I looked up the property listing on 920 Deer Meadow Way, and the purchase history is a little odd, with the oldest transaction being the highest-priced one, and the two subsequent sales being around 10% of the highest sale total.

This may have something to do with the property being a farm? Perhaps the value of the home or property is assessed independently of the farmable land? I would think that you would still have to pay the value of the property in any sale, but perhaps if the sale is subsidized, the buyer's contribution is what's listed? I have no idea at all. However, these numbers do match both the property tax history, and Larimer County's property assessment. And an arms-length sale is just a term for a regular sale between two parties who are strangers. Now possessed of the plot number, I decided to look for the legal property owner.

The current farm is owned by a Gail Logue, and that's about where that record trail stops. Gail Logue is listed as the property owner everywhere in the county's records, but I couldn't find any additional records of a Gail Logue in Colorado, or a Gail Logue anywhere that linked to Penellope Logue, the one with the funny taste in handguns. There is one tangentially related result that makes me wonder, a Gail Hutton is named living at the property according to voter records.

Which one is Gail? I don't know. But when you're buying a house, you need to present legal documentation of your identity. ALL of the legal documentation, in fact, everything you got. You actually mail the real documents to your mortgage lender in a certified envelope. So, the name Gail Logue must have been correct at some point.
Bonus: I also couldn't find any Larimer county records from Penellope Logue nor Boulder County records, but searching the name brought up the following paywalled article from some rag called the Daily Camera:
The electronic publishing of public records makes me want to fucking kill myself. Finding this useless shit took 15 real-time minutes. Writing this gay post took way longer. World is a fuck.
The details are in the first quote. What was the address for the old Tranch? I have a theory that the investments they used in it likely was to sell the tranch at a profit. I'll see if I can find property owner documents for current Tranch
Is his last name Haskins-de Lici?Phil has a lot of spergy weapons he has always carried on him
I don't have references, but Kevin has said he washes his hair only once a month, because he's going bald. I don't know if that actually staves off hair loss. I assume he showers once a week like every lolcow, but only shampoos his hair once a monthI'm assuming the plumbing on Home Sweet Tranch isn't great. If they're running off of generators they probably don't have great water pressure, so shampooing hair properly might be difficult.
Kevin has also claimed he can’t wash his hair often because of his “hair type.” Women who don’t wash their hair often due to this are either black or have super thick hair like a Kardashian. Kevin has neither.I don't have references, but Kevin has said he washes his hair only once a month, because he's going bald. I don't know if that actually staves off hair loss. If Gail did buy the ranch in 2017, then her ownership of it predates the foundation of the ranch by two years.SO! Old Tranch Lore:

This means it was once worth 33k like this states and was owned by penny's mom. They built TRANCH 1 on it which included them GRIFTING $9,357 FROM DONORS for renovations. The home was likely built off of mombux and sold for over $400k ( not sure how much they invested into constructing the house )
WHO OWN'S THE CURRENT TRANCH?
ANSWER: Paul's mom
So the new Tranch is likely paid for by Paul/Troon Boone's mom according to this report as she's listed as a resident despite living in New York, confirmation was made after searching and finding out she owns 2 properties. Naturally nobody else on the Tranch owns anything.

Custer County's records suggest that Paul (and, interestingly, Sky, which I don't think we've heard before) are also owners on the ranch. Bonnie/Paul's talked about bullying his mom into cosigning before, so no surprises there. Also confirms that Troone Bonne hasn't legally changed his name, which I still find wild.SO! Old Tranch Lore:

Someone mentioned Troon Boone having a wild debt issues so that makes sense why he needs his mom to cosign to save his credit. It also explains why they moved after 1 month of knowing PaulCuster County's records suggest that Paul (and, interestingly, Sky, which I don't think we've heard before) are also owners on the ranch. Phil and Kev seem to have no legal stake in the tranch property itself, though - which seems wild given Phil is the legal owner of the Tenacious Unicorn business itself (and has rich adoptive-parents who have some kind of real estate / property business). Hope you were smart enough to write up contracts for however much you've given Paul, lads, or else you're never getting that money back! (I'm kidding of course they weren't smart enough to write up a contract lol)
The Olde Tranch selling for 31k must've been between family members or some other non-arms length transaction because that's nowhere near the fair market value. It was built in 1999, and sold in 2007 for $378k.

Something called "Hope Well Counseling, LLC" appears to be the new occupant of Olde Tranch.

Him explaining his money allocation is just the Dril candles tweet. If you don't have $300 for work clothes, stop spending $200 a month on porn and an additional $100+ a month on toys. It's that fucking simple.
This just hit me, why the fuck are they wearing hats inside? All of em? Its fucking strange. Beside Bonnies being just stupid as fuck to wear for a work hat, and the annoying shit on the side of Pennys, shit is just bizarre to me.
Hi Bonnie, having multiple hats is fine, I have several myself, granted they arent BDSM or attention seeking hats. But I also know its polite to take off my hat when I go inside, either my home or a business, because I was raised properly.
