I heard the reason why ED shut down last year and why all of the articles are missing five years+ worth of content is because the last admin gave some retarded kid on the forums access to everything on the server and he deleted everything. A couple of things I notice is that for some reason the court's address on the summons is XXX'd out. It's not particularly difficult to read, however:

Honestly? No idea. But Eric Dobberstein is only just the President of the State Bar of Nevada... if it's fake, I'd imagine that he'd probably find out about it, and probably wouldn't be too happy at that.

I'm pretty sure that it would be protected by the Communications Decency Act (unless he manages to get it overturned in court), meaning he couldn't sue the site/owner; he'd have to track down the people who actually wrote the content.

Stelmach has already agreed to a settlement from what I was told. Also he said on twitter "that part of my life is over" concerning the lawsuit, which I take it refers to the settlement.

Jurisdiction is actually proper for once, so there is a very low bar for lolsuit leapt over. The rest of the lawsuit though is questionable. Is he really trying to argue that its not true he is bald? Cuz the truth is the ultimate defense in defamation. Ditto for the "pedophilic tendencies". If he actually has proclivity in that direction the last thing he should want is discovery on that issue. Which may be moot because it sounds more like an opinion statement then an actual statement of fact.
