Kevin Mann, an exceedingly bald person, has sued Encyclopedia Dramatica LLC, some dude named Jacob Stellmach (I don't know if he's ED's current maintainer or what), and 5 different John Does for:

1. Defamation per se,
2. Intentional interference with prospective economic advantage,
3. False light,
4. Unreasonable publicity given to private facts,

Hoping to attain:

1. General damages of $15,000,
2. "Incidental and consequential" damages to be determined by trial,
3. Punitive damages,
4. The page being taken down,
5. Injunctive relief (restraining orders, I think),
6. Fees,
7. Anything else the Judge wants to give him.
