I've been seeing this guy pop up multiple times in the SJW vs Anti-SJW lolcow wars that I've been following for quite a while with increasing frequency. And for full disclosure I even follow him on twitter because I find his perspectives to be interesting, and not always in a good way.

He talks himself up as someone that uses a lot of nuance and critical thinking, being against dishonesty and for civility. And being against echo-chambers.

However he fails his own standards, most notable in his associations (who he takes seriously and at face value despite their past lolcow behaviour) and in posts he makes during twitter slapfights. (Which he seems to get into a shit ton of, not gonna lie)

Most recently he's been making a huge fuss about the Anita Sarkeesian VidCon stuff.

Legitimately, the recent salt he's been producing over Sargon coming to the Anita panel at VidCon is the final straw that convinced me he deserved a thread. JUst look at how seriously he's taking this absolute bullshit, it's fascinating.

However, if you notice a theme among all the tweets and caps I've presented, one on-going theme with Kevin is very apparent. He doesn't seem to believe people on his own ideological side of this clash can be capable of the same thing despite the evidence.

In conclusion, despite producing some decent content Mr. Kevin Peterson is a whiteknight dramamonger encroaching on cow territory that denies the reality that the people he defends and a associates with are as annoying, petty, pseudo-intellectual, and mockable as their opposition.

I used to follow him as well but stopped last year or so cause his points just get confusing. He is not overlyaggressive or entitled like many cows, but very very bad at explaining his points and takin a stance, I think.

Oh, this guy. I never knew much about him, aside from the fact that he appeared in that "Questions to Anti-SJWs" video that Kristi Winters did, and Vernaculis has done a commentary or two on him. Much like hbomberguy, I had hoped that he'd at least be more well-adjusted than most of the other people in the SocJus crowd, but I guess not. I have to stop having faith in these people.

He's also stupid enough to think that attending a panel at a convention is "stalking and intimidation", and thinks Anita should get a restraining order against Sargon.

Those two phrases don't belong in the same sentence.

I'm putting this here as an example of him possibly having more self-awareness than some of the people he's whiteknighted. He knows internet echo chambers are bad and I think deep down he has a fear that he might be part of one. He's clearly nervous about the possibility he'll fall victim to this like ContraPoints did recently.

He doesn't seem like a nasty person, but some of his tweets are so fucking stupid and nonsensical, that he appears to be a legitimate rival to Danny Korcz's Undisputed Claim to being the dumbest SJW on Twitter.

I'm not seeing anything remotely close to "lolcow" sentiments. I know traditionally a lot of people like to have standby threads ready in case a somewhat well known YouTuber or Twitter personality does something but this entire thing is set up like we're just supposed to have "he's an SJW!" to work off of.

Bonus points for the poorly aged "He even thinks Sargon was a douchebag for VidCon!" arguments which have aged perfectly over the past year...
