See, that's what I thought too. Dax having a hand in getting Ralph connected with the hosting folk. If my memory serves me right, when he went to lay smack down to the denizens of digi's troon town he was blubbering about him being part of some deal with dick the others weren't privy to. I could be remembering wrong or putting too much thought into it, but Ralph drunkenly gloating to Riley, mint, digi and the other guy during the scrap made me think that might be the case.

Ralph has only claimed to have "over 200" subs. As I stated, he only overstates sub numbers, never understates so we know he likely has right around 200 or a little under. If, again his words, most of this is from yearly subs, then we can infer that his monthly subs must be under 100, likely under 50. His next deposit from SecureServer is going to be quite small, almost certainly smaller then my shit estimation.

I was thinking about it and there's a chance Dax is connected some how. Now I don't think he's acting as some big time manager but it's not that far of a stretch to think that he knows someone in the business of making apps and got a finder's fee to drag Ralph's gunt over to them. Might even make a tiny commission off of subscriptions but I doubt that. It wouldn't be that Dax is taking a cut of Ralph's pay, it's more like the company is paid out a referral fee which isn't a big deal.
That being said Dax just being a referral and getting a small fee for tricking Ralph into this bizarre endeavor is made all the funnier because of Ralph's "Ask ya baws Dick MASTERSON 'bout dat deal we have Rahley!". Man I hope that's why he said that. Ralph at least get drunk and thank Dax for the recommendation.

This holds some truth at he beginning of the arc. Now that time has passed, it seems like plans fell through and Ethan ran with the idea. I would have expected Dax popping more frequently on the Killstream and Ethan on the Dick Show. From what I've watched from the gunt guards, it's PPP being invited to Twisted Minds to talk about Dick months ago, Kyler finding Dick Masterson is a pedophile on Bing and Podawful shitting on TDS's Patreon goals.
You can boil this down to the app was commissioned on false promises by Dax to make money, Ralph wanted to secure his bottom line, and now he is in this pickle. That's every business move he has made ever since he wanted to leech to TDS. The only leverage Ralph has on this para-social relationship is that everyone knows Dick is a bullshit artist and has blackmail on speed dail, while Dax can't humiliate a man who has no shame.
