Not only is he that, he is a weaboo as can be observed by his username "KingofManga," and further proof of this lies after the username in the form of the number "420." He has stated many times that he knows he is a terrible person, and is resistant to change.

In my empirical witness of recreational substance dependents, their habit is a shortcut to a synthetic positive emotional state. This shortcut works in both directions. It's unfair to the company you keep who may prefer more intellectually fulfilling methods of entertainment. Do you really believe it sends the right message to your friends if you need to take a cigarette break from visiting them? Dulling your emotions is an apathetic response to the personal needs of those immediately around you.

Furthermore, chemical dependency is a slippery slope to cultism. You don't want to end up on this downward spiral to ranting at people online about how there is nothing physically lethal about such-and-such a drug, so that therefore there are no demerits regarding the aforementioned substance. This sort of talk borders on defensive proselytism, and proselytism makes you no better than any dogmatic religious fundamentalist.
