All of her posts lately have been her been screeching about CHAZ/CHOP and how she’d totes be at the Portland one but she’s fat and lazy so she can’t.

That's not exactly true. A real doctor won't but there are plenty of "community mental health therapists" with diploma mill degrees out there who will happily encourage your delusions while billing medicare 200+ dollars an hour.

At least a dozen times in the last few months. I'm not sure David's job is real so she'll probably keep at it. Funny thing is her uncle gifted her that old beater van so now she's got more expenses and straight up has to beg for gas as well.
