I gotta be real here I could not give any less of a fuck about what he's talking about, but the inclusion of his high school bullying nickname being "Fat Fruity Ferris" certainly got a chuckle out of me
I find it sort of interesting he considers it 'Ten years snatched back from the reaper' when all the other negative effects of HRT are taken into account. The inner turmoil of the endocrine system, the potential of blood clots being raised if the medication disagrees with you, sterilization, the omnipresent 41% and god knows what else. The fact that people take such a laissez-faire attitude toward horse piss pills or injections is so strange.
Then again I suppose that's the life cycle of the troon. Troon > Coom > Groom > Doom, for lack of a better analogy.
Trannies being unable to reproduce is both a blessing and a curse. The curse comes in the form of their only way of replenishing their ranks being through grooming or spreading their doctrine via cultural contagion. Worse still is that it tends to affect the overly suggestible or the mentally underdeveloped the most. It's not out of the question to raise the point that trannies tend to target those with lower self esteem or critical faculties, which leads to the uncomfortable realization that the transgender 'movement' is more of a state and establishment backed, opt-in, autism and mental undesirables sterilization movement. I'll concede that's potentially hyperbolic but it does make one wonder.
Take the rising tranny population among furries for example. To be a furry already requires some level of dysfunction: A lack of real world social life or skills, a shut-in type attitude, a penchant for the abnormal in your sexual desires etc. The mentally underdeveloped tend to fall into these categories much easier than most. In the search for a sense of belonging that the outside world has failed to deliver, they turn to the internet and try to be as weird and flashy as possible with fursonas. Acceptance comes in the form of common interest, fetish overlaps, awkward typesex etc etc.
Enter El-Tranno, on the hunt for easily shaped and molded minds. El-Tranno offers all the things furry has given to our example autist and more: A chance to be your true, honest self. Your real self and all the other strangely commonplace mantras that troons spew. Just take the pink pill, there are no side effects worth worrying about! You can take it for a few months before irreversible changes occur! It can't hurt you! It'll make your life better, you can become the pretty girl you always dreamed of, and hang out with all the other girlz in the girlz club.
Except none of that really happens. Your muscle mass degrades, your chest develops prominent moobs, the fat deposits around your face don't move and you'll always have your masculine shoulders, hips, jawline, skull and hand size. You will always look like a man. You'll never be able to escape your biology in this sense. Women end up afraid of you, only acting courteous to not get a beatdown from the clearly deranged man in a dress twice their size. Regular people laugh at you, a sideshow retard with bad makeup who will never pass for a woman. Your body actively fights you, the drugs only suppress your natural chemistry and your risks of disease and certain afflictions increase. Your well-adjusted friends all leave you as you're clearly too far gone to be reasoned with. All you're left with are the 'girls' that goaded you into this waking nightmare, in which your body is morphed by synthetic chemicals into a non-functional bastardization of the opposite sex. If example tranny has reached this point, there's no real going back. Sterile, potentially permanent erectile dysfunction, muscle atrophy and more. Worse still if they continue down the pit toward the amhole.
Is it any wonder why trannies opt for the bullet or the rope over an existence like that?
Don't mention anything in that tune though because that's transphobic and bigoted and you might as well be literally Hitler if you try to stop someone becoming their Authentic Self. What would Fat Fruity Ferris think?
I'll curb my sperging on this topic but since Strype brought it up it made me think. As of right now there doesn't seem to be much going on with the Korps adjacents. Vixus is still in some form of DFE and seems to have been scared enough to start changing phone numbers and hiding things in his online presence. I briefly saw what I have to assume is some form of takedown request on twitter directed to Wayback/Internet Archive but I wasn't able to screenshot or archive. The others I haven't checked in on recently.

From what I've heard an "egg" is someone who may or may not be deciding to out themselves/become tranner. The troons like to "crack" them to try and get them to go full troon
Very well written. Don't forget about the social aspect as well: When a tranny starts down the path, they inevitably are picked up by a cult/group. Over time, depending on the person, they stop talking with their "normie" friends in favor of their ass patter group. A few odd things happen now: There's more of a alienation of family, friends and anyone who isn't in the group. On the flip side, the tranny has to keep reinforcing their derangement, which means they can never leave that group. On the off chance they do, or decide that the trans path isn't for them, their "support" group will alienate and shun them almost immediately.
So that leaves the trans person in quite a spot: Body fucked up from shade tree doctors, no more "real" friends anymore, probably had the usual aggressive screaming match with their parents so they're no help anymore, and now the cult doesn't want them. I can see suicide being really appealing at this point.

Oh, they don't even have to leave the in-group to consider 41-ing themselves. Particularly in the case of AGP men, it's all living out a kink full-time. The problem for them is that kinks operate through the same mechanics as addictions. The more and the more intensely they indulge, the weaker the effect. They have to up the dosage more and more to get the same "high". But once you go Full Troon™ there isn't anywhere else to go. That's as high as the dosage goes. Most of them compensate by indulging in a billion other kinks and filling their drawers with the entire Bad Dragon catalog, but eventually even those lose power. It's also no surprise so many of them either drink a lot or do a lot of weed.
Either way, without the haze of escapism clouding their minds, they get hit by the full force of their fuckup. And that's more or less how those "sudden" 41s happen. More often than not they're deep within their "support" network of other online troons, sometimes even living with other troons, but once the realization hits, if they're not mentally strong enough to weather it through until the next crisis, there's a good chance they'll make an attempt on their own lives. (And also a good chance it won't be successful.)

I wonder if the realization at that point that they become aware that their entire personal existence has been wrapped around an imaginary absolutely perfect fetish creation. It seems like the tranny cells and groups like the Korps tend to overly take over people and continually reinforce their delusions, to the point of overflowing into real life. Then that one time happens when the trans person realizes that they have no one to call to say, change their tire, or help with a legitimate problem, they find out there's no one there because they never really put effort into finding actual friends or associates.
That might lead to that resentment and anger you see in older trannies, that hate "society" for not accepting them whereas their creepy Moonie cult does on a nearly hourly basis. I think you you nailed with suicide attempts, the attention those receive, and gradually, when everything wears off and they're not their fetish being, but some fat guy that needs a haircut, and the constant praise gets old and goes away, the desire grows even more to really end it.
